JUST ADD BEER..... YOU TOO CAN BE A BREW BAKER !!
1. Just empty the supplied dry contents into a mixing bowl.
2. Add 175 ml beer or stout for a brown bread ( about a small party cup or half a small can ) ; flat beer is fine too !!
3. Grease or spray the provided baking tin and add the mixture.
4. Optional - For a golden topping melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour over the dough.
5. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven, 190 C , 375 F or Gas mark 5.
6. Remove from oven, allow bread to rest for 10 min in the tin.
7. Best served warm. ENJOY !!!
8. P.S Suggested variations: Add some chopped garlic to the dough for garlic bread or some grated cheese
in and on top or any other herbs you like
